Agitator

(1) The agitator is suitable for operation in sewage or sludge mixture. When working any underwater part of the mixer will not be entangled with the fibres. The tank body is always stirred evenly to ensure that the whole tank body has no sludge precipitation and no dead ends.

(2) Under the condition of full immersion the agitator can be run continuously or intermittently and can be resumed after a long-term stop. It is stable and vibration-free throughout the operation.

(3) The agitator can run continuously 24 hours a day and the service life is not less than 20 years.

(4) The shaft power of the agitator can meet the requirements of complete water mixing and the average flow velocity of the whole tank ≥230mm/s. The motor power is 1.2 times greater than the actual shaft power to ensure that the agitator is not overloaded under any working conditions.

(5) The agitator must be operated smoothly without vibration during the whole working procedure and there is no underwater bearing in the tank.

 

impeller

The impeller should be composed of cast hub bladeswith the following characteristics:

(1) To achieve the better mixing effect the blade should be high-efficiency axial flow blade.

(2) The impeller consists of one hub and three blades. The hub and the blade are connected by bolts and the shaft and the hub are connected by a die stop. The blades have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that they are not deformed during rotation. The impeller should pass the static balance test before leaving the factory and the dynamic balance test is required for the high-speed models.

 

frame

The agitator has a frame and the frame contains double bearings that carry axial and radial forces which can effectively protect the reducer from radial forces. The frame must be equipped with a protective cover to ensure that rainwater will not enter the frame. The material is 316 stainless steel and above.
