    Equipment anti-corrosion
     All metal surfaces in contact with sewage have taken effective anti-corrosion measures.
     All bolts nuts and other exposed fasteners for the pump and component are made of stainless steel. All welding positions will do the derusting treatment by sandblasting. The stainless steel components surface should do the acid pickling and passivating treatment first. All the dust oil and other attachments shall be removed before treatment.
    The non-machined metal surface of the carbon steel parts of the equipment is subjected to surface coating treatment and the surface treatment is performed before surface coating to remove all dust rust spots oil stains and other attachments and sandblasting and rust removal treatment. After sandblasting and rust removal apply two layers of epoxy primer and two layers of epoxy topcoat. The surface of the paint is smooth and clean without wrinkles and peeling and has good corrosion resistance and durability. The thickness of the paint film of the surface coating is 200~300μm.
